Terms of Service
- The Custom Page belongs to you. Once we’ve installed it, we are no longer liable for making updates or changes for you, unless you agree to pay our hourly rate of $75.
- Facebook may make changes or have issues that cause your Custom Page to stop working properly – those issues are between you and Facebook.
- Starting on October 1st, 2011, Facebook will be requiring an SSL certificate for your domain when viewing your Facebook Page Application Tab or Canvas Page. You must agree to either purchase this SSL certificate now or acknowledge that your page will not be accessible outside of Facebook. (you can purchase an SSL for your domain for $12-18/year here–please contact us before doing so to ensure you have the correct information and it is set up properly) If you require us to set this up for you, we can do so at an additional cost of $25 plus any SSL and hosting charges.
- We ask that you provide us with the opportunity to include a small textual link back to our website.

When this form is submitted, we will generate an invoice via PayPal to the email address you provide. Once your invoice is paid, we’ll get you scheduled into our design queue and get to work building your page.
You’ll need to become a Fan of Simply Amusing Designs on Facebook.
If this is a new page, you’ll have to add some fans before you can choose a custom URL. You should still choose an initial URL that reflects the page focus. Remember that shorter is better in the end – easier to remember and easier to type in. Once you have 25 fans, you may go here to select your username.
You will be responsible for adding content to your wall, replying, etc. Your page has a Wall and an Info tab that we cannot change.
Your Custom Facebook page will preside below your Cover Image on the Timeline. We can use a unique graphic or textual image to entice people to click over to it. You may also copy the link to your page and use it on your website or in promotional materials. We’ll try to bring in various design elements from your website for branding purposes as well. This page is designed and built for Fan Engagement and Conversion.
You may also opt for additional pages that include the use of keyword rich content that also provides valuable information to your visitors at an additional charge.
