If you’ve emailed me and not received a reply, there’s a good reason — I promise.

Dreamhost, who hosts my website experienced a major crash on several of their servers this week and had to build new hardware in order to move existing clients to a more stable server.

I have been having email issues and almost ALL of my prospective client emails have recently been getting caught up in my spam folder  for some reason – and I didn’t realize it until this morning when  client emailed me to let me know she’d submitted an order form and I had to go looking for it.

Imagine my surprise when I found FOUR orders in my spam folder. Yikes! So if you have submitted an order, or commented, please know that I’m NOT ignoring you, nor would I ever consider conducting business that way.

Please accept my sincere apologies and if you are waiting to hear from me and have not heard from me within a TWO day time frame, drop me an email @ karen{@}simplyamusingdesigns{dot}com. Please remove the brackets, however.
